Seymour Health offers a Dietetic service for hospital inpatients, aged care residents and outpatients. The dietitian also provides nutrition education sessions for the cardiac program.

Our fee is charged according to the Department of Human Services Home and Community Care (HACC) guidelines for each person enrolled in the program. The fee is discussed at your initial assessment appointment. Additional costs may be incurred for aids / equipment if required.
