NURSE UNIT MANAGER
RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE ‘BARRABILL HOUSE’

Seymour Health is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified nursing professional for this outstanding career opportunity in a Small Rural Health Service which is committed to the provision of high quality care.  Conveniently located within relatively close proximity to the CBD, you will enjoy a rural lifestyle and be well supported by a progressive management team at Seymour Health.

Reporting to the Director Clinical Services, the Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the operational and human resource management of this high care 30-bed nursing home.

This exciting opportunity is ideally suited to a highly motivated professional with great people skills, who can manage change and ensure that the highest standards of care are met. You will also bring experience and knowledge of the Aged Care industry and be passionate about providing services to rural communities.

Candidates will have an approved Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification to enable current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1). An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

FOOD SERVICES ASSISTANT (R020817)
CASUAL POSITION

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals looking to join the team at Seymour Health in our Food Services Department on a casual basis.

These positions required the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evening and weekends across 7 days. You may be required to attend shift at short notice.

The successful applicant must hold a Food handlers’ certificate be able to complete the physical tasks associated with the role. They must also possess excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service and continuous improvement.

Previous experience based in a hospital or health care facility an advantage but not essential.

Satisfactory Police Check mandatory prior to commencement.
