Maintenance Exercise Program
This program is designed to give clients who have completed either the Cardiac Rehabilitation or Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs, or have a chronic complex disease, ongoing support and exercise.

Cost
Our fee is charged according to the Department of Human Services Home and Community Care (HACC) guidelines for each person enrolled in the program. The fee is discussed at your initial assessment appointment. Additional costs may be incurred for aids / equipment if required.
